Build Engineer (DevOps, Automation)

We are seeking a Build Engineer with experience of modern DevOps and CI tools to use infrastructure as code methods to improve build systems and process for an algorithmic trading platform provider.

As the Build Engineer you monitor, provision and improve build systems supporting software used by some of the largest hedge funds in the world. The team currently work in a Kubernetes and Docker build environment utilising CI tooling to improve their delivery pipeline and process. You will continue this improvement and take ownership of the design and development of build systems.

The team also offer 10% 'free time' during your week to work on personal tech projects!

Skills required for the Build Engineer:

* Experience within Linux environments; preferably large scale or complex systems

* Worked with a variety of modern DevOps and build tools including Kubernetes or Docker, Vagrant or Continuous Integration/CI tools

* Knowledge of programming (preferably Python) or scripting (Bash) would be beneficial

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 plus strong benefits package + 10% personal project time!
