Data Management Platform Consultant - Digital to be based in London on an initial 6 Month contract. A Data Management Platform experienced professional who takes responsibility for shaping and guiding the full lifecycle of DMP solutions.

As a CRM DMP Consultant you will play a strategic role within the practice helping expand our client footprint with the world's largest companies.
Initial role will be delivering strategic roadmap for the DMP of choice for a blue chip organization. The role will encompass but will not be limited to the following:
* Help define a company in the vision and strategy definition for DMP implementation
* Define the business use case and business case development for program/project implementation
* Evaluate the clients' IT landscape and help define the target architecture providing Data Management services
* Define the solution architecture
* Understand client side and server side integration methods
* Define client's strategy for DMP specific areas: Taxonomy, Segments, Media Tagging, Offline data collection, DSP integration
* Delivery of end to end data management solutions (including Data Quality, Master Data, Data Governance, Data Architecture and Data Security solutions)
* Addressing critical data issues and burning platforms in a broader context of analytical capabilities deployment, platform integration or rationalization
* Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process.
* Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.
* Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
* Ability to implement the most advanced product features. Thorough knowledge of system and application design. In depth knowledge of competitors.
* Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques.
* Ability to persuade others through presentations, demonstrations, and written communication. Ability to travel as needed.
* Financial Services experience is beneficial
Technology Skills:
* Big Data - Hadoop - Intermediate Level - Have a good understanding of Big Data platform functionality. DMP is running on Big Data platform. Customers are moving their data to Big Data platforms in the Cloud.
* Web Analytics - Adobe Analytics - Building Taxonomies, understanding customer journeys, estimating website traffic, understanding interaction points, understanding conversion funnels, monitoring campaign results
* Javascript - Understand Control Tag functionality and how Tags are collecting data for DMP platform, debugging Tag integration issues on websites, design security controls for Tag implementation,
* API - good understanding of APIs - REST and BULK for data manipulation and platform integrations
* Amazon AWS - S3 storage service, AWS CLI - Good knowledge of Amazon AWS services, specifically S3 storage service and the AWS CLI command line tool for managing file transfer between client databases and DMP platform
* Mobile SDK integration for Android and IOS (SWIFT, Objective-C) - have a good understanding of mobile SDK integration on Android and IOS platforms.
* Data Modeling - Lookalike, propensities, neural networks, machine learning - Have a good understanding of data modeling. Knowledge of modeling tools is a plus: SAS, IBM SPSS, Rapid Miner, R, etc.
Digital Skills:
* Web Analytics - Good knowledge of Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics with focus on customer journeys insights
* Display Advertising - DSP platforms - good understanding of DSP platforms - Google Doubleclick is a plus
* Display Advertising - Programmatic Media Buying - basic understanding of Biding platforms
* Display Advertising - Retargeting - basic understanding of retargeting
* Display Advertising - Data Exchange platforms - basic understanding of 3rd Party data providers and how data is traded in the marketplace.
* Display Advertising - Ad Server - good knowledge of a major Ad Server tool: Google Doubleclick, OpenX, SAS IA, etc.
* Conversion Rate Optimization - good knowledge of CRO techniques and how AB/MVT testing can be used in Conversion Rate Optimization
* Inbound Marketing - good knowledge of Inbound Marketing strategy and tactics
* Event Marketing - good knowledge of Event Marketing strategy and tactics. Knowledge of some real-time decision engine is a plus
* Content Management - basic knowledge of a CMS platform. Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.
* Content creation, copyright - basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, web development
* Good knowledge of Marketing Automation space. At least to know one of the major Marketing Clouds: Adobe, Salesforce, IBM, Oracle
* Good knowledge of Omnichannel Marketing concept. Have knowledge on how to implement an Omnichannel solution using a Marketing Cloud.
