Mechanical Design Engineer / Aerospace / Automotive / Catia   To be based in Hertfordshire Duration: 6 months contractKey Skills: Mechanical Design, Catia, Aerospace, Automotive I have a brand new requirement for a Mechanical Design Engineer to work in Hertfordshire for my client who requires a contractor for an initial 6 months. They have a huge project for an aerospace project so the contract is very likely to extend to 12-18 months. For this particular project we are looking for someone ideally with the following experience;- Strong CAD design experience using Catia V5- Experience working with primary/secondary structures - Composite design experience -  Proven track record in the robust design and development of innovative products - Project management - Good understanding of working with various materials -  Compile technical documentation to support the design processThis is a brand new requirement and my client is looking to bring a Mechanical Design Engineer ASAP but willing to wait a few weeks for the right individual.
