Software Developer, Software Engineer, Programmer, C#, Python, Java FG/1011

A Software Developer is required to be part of an innovative and exciting start-up in Oxfordshire. The Software Developer will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject or equivalent industry experience.

Are you passionate about playing and making games?

Are you interested in A.I., gamification and competitive coding?

Would you like to be part of a stimulating environment where your work is continually recognised?

As a Software Developer, your main responsibilities will be to:

                     Develop creative solutions to create new games

                     Coach less experienced programmers

                     Analyse and fix bugs

                     Support the Lead Developer in any ad hoc tasks and duties

The Software Developer will ideally bring the following skills:

                     Experience of coding in any of the areas of gaming

                     Coding skills in either C#, Python or Java

                     Knowledge of common algorithms, data structures and patterns

                     Knowledge and practical experience of Unit Testing and Source Code Control
