IT Support Technician

Bricket Wood, Hertfordshire (with some travel across Watford and the surrounding areas)

Up to £23,000 DOE Plus Bonus & Benefits

Our client is a growing IT and technology consultancy offering management and IT services to customers. Their specialisms include small companies without IT staff, home workers and home users.

An exciting opportunity has now arisen for an IT Support Technician to join their team and provide an excellent level of support for technical queries that require on-site expertise.

As an IT Support Technician, you will:

- Provide reactive and proactive support to clients who require assistance

- Maintain computer and technology systems in excellent working order

- Help, support and guide the level one helpdesk staff as necessary

- Visit clients and resolve issues that cannot be resolved by remote support alone

- Support and resolve Mac, PC, network, smartphone, camera, CCTV and interconnectivity issues

- Investigate and provide recommendations on technologies

- Maintain knowledge of the market as well as emerging and obsolete technologies

- Help to update our client’s website

Sounds great! What will I need?

To be considered as an IT Support Technician, you will need:

- Experience of providing IT support at customer sites

- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Qualifications to at least BTEC or HND level would be beneficial to your application.
