My client is a well-established charity in London. They are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced BA to join them within their quirky start up feel business on a permanent basis. You will work closely with their IT teams to create their business processes and create functional requirements and specifications for the development of key business systems.
The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, have the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively and work with people at various levels. A strong skill which you have will be as a problem solver. You will line manage Junior Business Analyst, you will work in collaboration with this individual and be hands on with mentoring them.
The role -
* You will work with business stakeholders to capture business processes, user stories, process maps, wireframes and business rules.
* You will write and define functional requirements and specifications.
* you will generate business cases, facilitate design sessions and then liaise with the implementation team to define a solution and ensure that this is delivered.
Required skills & experience -
* You will have at least 4 years' experience within a Business Analyst role.
* You must have previously worked within a senior role leading and mentoring a team or an individual.
* You will have previously written business cases, user stories, scenarios, personas and have strong analytical and reasoning skills.
* You will have a good understanding of Agile processes and be able to show evidence of process mapping.
* It is essential that you have a good technical understanding of business analysis frameworks and have previously developed functional requirements and business specifications.
If you are experienced with using JIRA / other Atlassian suite products, have a good understanding of UX/UI principles or have a ISEB Business Analysis certification, please let me know as this is highly desired by my client!
