Our client is an award winning Multi-vendor global systems integrator and managed service provider, working with clients in over 70 countries across 5 continents.
KEY ROLE OBJECTIVES
Due to the increase in demand for Azure IaaS, PaaS services from our clients as well as a need to better protect identities and data across their business due to regulatory compliance such as GDPR, we are looking to a Microsoft Cloud Architect to join our Microsoft Team. This delivery focussed role will require amongst other key skills: -
Lead the technical design, implementation, validation and handover to customer/support teams for on-premise, cloud and hybrid Microsoft solutions including but not limited to:-
oMicrosoft MFA, SSO and FIM/MIM
oAzure Active Directory
oAzure IaaS/PaaS and SaaS services including Back-up and DR in Azure through ASR
oCloud Migration workshops, analysis and cost projection
Act as technical escalation point where necessary as part of a technical support escalation or managed service query.
Work across other areas of the business to support cross-training/up-skilling as required.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Delivery of projects to scope and budget
Ability to up-sell during project delivery
Smooth hand over to customer or internal support teams
Seeking ways to package work to reduce effort and replication.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Required: Hands-on experience of delivering Microsoft Identity Management and EM&S services
Required: Expert knowledge of the core Microsoft Office 365 Security Workloads
Required: Experience in migrating workloads to Microsoft Cloud Serivces
Required: Experience of Cloud Migrations from VMware/Hyper V to Azure
Desirable: MCSE / MCITP / MCP
