Proteus Europe is searching for a speaking Dutch or French PHP Developer available to work in a 6 months contract for one of our clients in Belgium

Your New role :-

Web Developer PHP

Description :

As a PHP Developer, in collaboration with your colleagues, you guarantee the quality of technical solutions, carry out the development and guide your deployments to production.

Your main responsibilities are:

- Contribute to the technical part of the optimization and consolidation of the existing PHP foundation platforms

- Implementing developments within these PHP foundation platforms

- Collaborate with other PHP developers and / or web functional analysts

- Support release versions (transition and production)

- Writing technical specifications in collaboration with functional analysts and developers

Your Skills and Qualifications :-

Essential Skills :-

Bachelors degree or equivalent through experience

Experience with PHP development

Work experience in PHP5 and with object oriented programming

Good knowledge of MySQL and writing complex SQL Queries

Practical experience with JavaScript and Ajax (more specifically Ext.js)

Experience with Zend framework, Drupal (WebCMS), SubVersion (including branching and merging), Server administration (Apache on Windows)

Experience with web content management and web collaboration

Autonomous

Team player

Good oral and written communication skills

Proactively set

Active knowledge of Dutch and / or French and English

Desirable Skills :-

Experience with Java development and working in an ITIL structured environment
