We are searching for a Scrum Master for an interesting end client of us based here in Amsterdam. This is a contract position for about 6 months with the possibility to extend.

Project description

In this role you will be responsible for managing multiple Scrum teams to ensure the developers work confident within an Agile environment.

The teams are for example responsible for release management, defect management, patch and release management .

Your responsibilities

* You will be the Scrum Master for multiple, distributed Scrum teams.

* You will assist the team and the product manager with user story development and backlog grooming, including identifying unaccounted work.

* You will Facilitate all Scrum activities, including release planning, sprint planning, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, and stand-up.

* Track iteration status and resolve stalled or blocked user stories as needed.

* Develop measurements to improve team effectiveness, including dashboard reporting.

* Contribute to product roadmap planning, project scheduling, and release management.

* Introduce new ideas and processes that improve performance and productivity

* Facilitate cross-team coordination by reaching out to the larger organization to remove obstacles.

Your profile

* Bachelor / Master degree

* 5 years experience within scrum/agile and this role

* You are an certified Scrum Master

* You have work experience with delivering multiple software products to production using Agile methodologies

* Jira and confluence experience
