Marketing Manager - Shoreditch, Central London.

Our client, The UK's leading young people charity, are currently creating a new team to focus solely on developing their online presence. The goal of this team will be to create a market-leading digital service for disadvantages young people to get the support they need to achieve their potential and deliver this service to thousands of people each month. As a marketing manager you will use your problem solving skills to developing an efficient strategy on budget to attract young people the charities website.

Ultimately your work will help improve the lives of thousands of young people allowing them to gain the support they need to help get a job, start a business and conclusively unlock their potential. You will have creative freedom working in a newly established collaborative team whilst having the customers interest in mind at all times.

You will have a proven track record in demonstrating the following:

* Strong B2C marketing experience, with a focus on content and digital marketing strategy.

* Good understanding of SEO, PPC and Analytics marketing tools.

* Experience marketing services or products digitally.

* Experienced working in an Agile and Scrum environment.

* Experience of problem solving and innovation.

* Proven ability to demonstrate resilience in working in a high pressure environment to demanding targets.

* Excellent digital literacy.
