Front End JavaScript Developer - Web, Agile, Angular, Data Visualisation, HTML, CSS

A Front End JavaScript Developer is required to join a Cyber Security product development team in Oxford on an initial three month contract. The Web Developer will strong skills in typical front end web technologies (HTML & CSS) with expertise in JavaScript and a good knowledge of related frameworks (AngularJS, React).

The Front End Developer will join alongside the existing Web Developer primarily working in AngularJS, however experience in other JavaScript frameworks and libraries will be valued (React, jQueryUI). Data visualisation is a key element of the web application, and skills in Highcharts and D3.js will be particularly beneficial.

The Front End JavaScript Developer will be responsible for:

                               The development of a recently re-designed data visualisation and analysis web application

                               Producing high quality, standard-compliant code

                               Advising customer-facing team members on prototyped product features

The Front End JavaScript Developer will bring:

                               Excellent skills in JavaScript

                               Experience with AngularJS OR familiarity across a range of JavaScript frameworks and libraries

                               Strong skills in HTML5 and CSS3

                               Awareness of current web standards

                               Knowledge of AJAX

This role will be based in Oxford, with good public transport links and ample parking. Part-remote working will be considered at a maximum of one day per week as required.
