IT Support Engineer / FIX Specialist (C++ JavaScript Shell-scripting Linux Windows Python FIX). Global financial institution is seeking skilled IT Support Engineer(s) with strong experience of FIX. You will be responsible for connectivity, conformance and delivery into production, liaising with development and infrastructure teams to resolve complex technical issues.

As an IT Support Engineer you will act as the main point of contact for major financial institutions and investment banking clients, onboarding them for algorithmic trading platforms and trade execution services. Managing stakeholder expectations to ensure that they are satisfied with the service and product, you will work closely with account managers, brokers and liquidity providers to deliver connectivity for clients.

City based offices, with a fun, relaxed working environment - casual dress code and regular social events.

Requirements:

*Strong FIX experience

*2:1 degree or higher in Computer Science or closely related subject

*Excellent communication and client-facing skills

*Ideally, familiar with C++, JavaScript, Shell-scripting, Linux, Windows, Python
