IT Support Analyst - 3 Month+ Contract - Inverness

Due to continual growth, my well known client based just outside of Inverness City Centre require a IT Support Analyst on an initial 3 month contract to help assist the delivery of IT Support across a number of sites throughout the Highlands.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

* Strong experience in 2nd Line Support

* Exposure to Networking protocols

* First hand experience in using Citrix

* Virtulisation using VMWare

* Experience in dealing and resolving internal customers issues

* Have strong Microsoft experience particularly with Active Directory

* Excellent telephone manner
