Process & Systems Lead - Employee Lifecycle Process (Contract)

£44,608 - £52,479 pro rata

Our client’s Lifeboat crews and Lifeguards need a dedicated, professional and talented team behind them so whatever the weather they can operate to the highest standards and save lives at sea. Our client is in the midst of fast paced, transformational change that allows them to save more lives in new and creative ways.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Process & Systems Lead to join our client’s People Function on a contract lasting up to 12 months.

This key role will drive efficiency and compliance improvements across HR, Payroll, L&D and Safety processes, ensuring they are appropriately enabled to be effective, efficient, and compliant in order to meet the charity’s lifesaving goals.

The successful candidate will provide subject matter expertise and a strategic interface between all People processes and other company processes. You will work closely with all areas of the People and Payroll functions, being the conduit between the technology teams and the business to identify and improve processes and ways of working by leading the analysis, enhancement, implementation and sustainment of technology changes in-line with best practice, ensuring that the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) technology truly reflects and supports the People functions and processes.

You will support the business with all technology changes associated with this function, ensuring they are well communicated and that the people impacts are well managed.

To be considered, you will need:

- Experience of operating within an ambiguous environment with business knowledge of change and systems change management

- A background in HR processes, supporting the employee lifecycle

- Previous experience of delivering improvement through ERP systems

- An HNC level qualification, ideally an HND or degree

As the Process & Systems Lead, you will be someone who leads with integrity and consideration, but is willing to accept challenge when required. The ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and meet deadlines is essential.
