Senior Test Analyst / Lead

£40,000 - £50,000 + benefits

Surrey; Guildford, Farnborough

A great opportunity for an experienced Software Test Analyst to join an established IT company developing award winning software. The role will work in an established Software team with specific focus on Web based software testing, leading the QA strategy and mentoring more junior members.

The Test Analyst will work closely with a team of experienced Developers in delivery of bespoke software product for larger external customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience of automation testing with Selenium (OOP; Java, C#, Ruby) and be willing to mentor more junior member's when required.

The company are well established and offer the opportunity to progress and work with new technology in a collaborative environment.

Essential Skills:

* Minimum 3 years+ of software testing / Quality Assurance experience

* Experience with Automation testing (ideally Selenium)

* Experience working in an Agile / SCRUM development environment

* Extensive Web based testing experience

* Mobile testing experience would be an advantage

* Familiarity with programming languages (Java, Ruby, C#)

* Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude towards their work

* Degree educated or relevant QA certifications
