Lead Business Analyst - Chester - £450 - £525 p/day

We currently have a requirement for a Lead Business Analyst to support 2018 regulatory stress testing with a leading bank based in Chester on a contract basis. You will need to participate in PRA and EBA stress tests for the first time in 2018. This will require an amendment to existing stress testing processes and additional work to prepare regulatory submissions and internal governance papers.

Responsibilities

Define detailed business process for EBA and PRA stress tests

Create and validate these EUC tools

Define requirements for new EUCs required to take the outputs of existing forecasting and transform them to meet regulatory and business requirements

Collate and prepare unstructured data requests for EBA and PRA stress tests Generate structured data submissions

Essential Skills, Qualifications and experience required

Capital and impairment experience

5years + Prior experience of forecasting and stress testing

SAS development

Strong stakeholder management skills

Previous experience of working in a Lead/Senior Business Analyst capacity

Change management experience

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Desirable skills, Qualifications and Experience

Prior experience of PRA and EBA stress test submissions

Prior cards forecasting experience
