Security Cleared Service Desk Analyst
A Security Cleared Service Desk Analyst is required to join a global consultancy based in the West Midlands. This is a permanent position which will be based onsite with one of the company's main clients in Wolverhampton. This role provides a great opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst with 2+ years' experience to join a global company.
What you'll be doing
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for responding to calls and emails in order to resolve IT issues within agreed SLA's. You will provide 1st line remote support for desktop and PC based applications, dealing with the company's clients and external customers. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will act as the 1st line of IT support, using remote tools to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
What skills / experience should you have?
* Around 2+ years' Service Desk Experience
* UK Security Clearance (preferred)
* Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner
* Experience with Windows 7, Active Directory, and Exchange
