Desktop Support Analyst required by a global investment company not far from Victoria Station offering 28-32k pa. The Desktop Support Analyst will be the face of the IT department in their London office supporting 130 local users, 1500 global users at a 2nd line level and responsible for the installation, relocation and configuration of hardware and software. The successful candidate will have previous experience within the Financial Sector providing Support in an ITIL environment using ServiceNow.

·Windows 7 Certification

·Microsoft Systems and Citrix/Terminal Services

·Account Management on Active Directory

·Patching

·Excellent Communications Skills

·Network support
