Spring Technology are currently working with a large travel company based in Surrey, looking for a Support Analyst to join the team on a contract basis for an initial 6 month period. The client are looking for the successful candidate to start as soon as possible due to the workload being high.
The Role
The successful person recruited needs to be a hands on technical support able to deal with queries from 1st line HM permissions to view expenses queries through to higher level bug fixing, desktop support and more. There is a third party support provider Binary who the client utilises from time to time for any system tweaks, enhancements or developments needed to fix bugs.
Skills and experience required
- Microsoft Dynamics AX2009
- MS Dynamics AX 2009 Finance and admin modules
- Atlas 6.0 reporting (Excel based)
- Troubleshooting
- Triage queries
- Fixes
- 1st line and desktop support through to 3rd line
- Bug fixing
- Relationship management
The client are looking for someone to replace a permanent member of staff who has left the position. The person had a strong Dynamics AX experience and they client are looking for someone who can fill the void with the backlog of Dynamics queries.
