An established Croydon based privately owned business are looking for a Dynamics CRM 1st Line Support consultant to join their growing helpdesk. You will work as the 'go to' contact for MS CRM related issues and queries by a sizeable user base. This is the ideal opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge on Dynamics CRM, working with a heavily customised system as well as project work including a Dynamics 365 upgrade.

This role is based in Croydon though my client don't want you to sacrifice your work life balance in order to further your career. They offer a travel allowance to assist in your commute as well as flexi time and generous home working options.

* Hands on experience working with Dynamics CRM is essential, ideally in a support capacity.

* Experience providing IT support.

* User training experience is advantageous.
