The Company:
Our client is a dynamic company, that specializes in changing behavior. They are a unique training company that works with leading businesses to transform behaviour with instant observable results!

They are looking to recruit for a position which fulfils both key elements of their delivery;
(1) Develop Training materials/training kits using Microsoft Word/ PowerPoint and manage print orders
(2) Extract data from client & internal feedback and generate analytical reports for respective stakeholders

The Training Content Specialist Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to immerse themselves in understanding the content vital to their successful delivery and how best to design the layouts to ensure ease of delivery for the Trainer as well as interpretation by the delegate.

An interest in marketing and design would be an advantage for this role to highlight the importance of Brand and Values for all client facing materials.

The feedback collated at the close of the sessions provide valuable insights which you will process and use to proactively suggest any changes to the content.

Working remotely means that much of their communication is done via Skype and Mobile calls.

Key Responsibilities:
Work in collaboration with the Head of Content and Training Manager to design, prepare and order educational aids and materials required for varied types of training sessionsProduce existing material in different formats as per the style guidelines and other instructions providedUpdating internal and or external portals with new productsCreate & update product descriptions, adding images and adjusting the layoutProof read all the materials thoroughlyEnsure client material meets the required quality/house style standardsSupport the training manager in administrative dutiesFormulate marketing materials - generate case studies for courses deliveredProactively suggest marketing opportunities based on the feedback processed for content based marketing campaignsDevelop systems to improve the distribution and collation of delegate evaluation forms for each courseMonitor & process delegate and trainer feedback, distributing reports to the relevant stakeholders Skills & Experience Required:
Experience in working with Training Providers is an advantageExperience in marketing is a requirement to create content for Sales and Marketing purposesAdvance knowledge of Microsoft Word; Excel & PowerPoint is a requirementExperience of using technology to aid material development would be an advantageExperience to understand and work with new technologiesExperience in data analysis and customer feedbackStrong administration skills and experience, ideally gained within a corporate environmentExperience of multi-tasking and prioritising a busy workloadThe ideal candidate will take personal pride in their work, understanding that whilst the role is manually intensive at present, they are integral in the success of automating the process What’s Next?
