Trainee Helpdesk Support Consultant 

Warrington, Cheshire

Our client is a leading provider of business software solutions. They are now seeking a Trainee Helpdesk Support Consultant to help provide a high level of technical support to their customers. 

  

As a Trainee Helpdesk Support Consultant, you will: 

  

- Join a dedicated team 

- Respond to and log support calls 

- Communicate with customers in a professional and polite manner 

- Ensure that issues are swiftly resolved 

- Maintain various versions of our client’s database in-line with customer needs 

  

Interested? To be considered, you’ll need: 

  

- Experience in a customer-facing environment 

- At a minimum, A Levels (or equivalent) 

- An enthusiastic approach and the desire to learn 

- A logical approach to problem-solving 

- Great time-management abilities 

  

Our client is eager to hear from candidates who have worked as, or would like to become a Customer Support Advisor, Junior Support Analyst, Trainee Service Desk Technician or Junior Helpdesk Support Analyst.
