Milton Keynes (Commutable from Luton, Bedford, Buckingham, Aylesbur and Northampton)

£40,000 - £50,000 + Training + Progression + Pension

Position for an IT & Systems Engineer looking for a site based role working at a major distribution centre.

This opportunity will suit an IT & Systems Engineer with experience of Linux, C#/Java Programming and SQL/Oracle databases who wants further training and day to day variety

The site you will be working on is one of Milton Keynes larger distribution centres and has a multitude of onsite resident engineers from a variety of different companies working in collaboration with the main site company. This collaboration company is a key player in the engineering setup and has a prominent presence of onsite technical staff. The collaboration company themselves are a multi-national and employ over 50,000 people internationally

The role involves being part of a close knit resident IT team which form part of the general resident engineering support team where you will provide onsite support and analysis for your companies software and IT infrastructure ensuring critical systems are maintained and monitored

The Role:

*IT & Systems Engineer

*Onsite resident support

*Linux, C#/Java Programming and SQL/Oracle

*40 hour week

The Person:

*Experience of using Linux, C#/Java Programming and SQL/Oracle

*Software and some hardware build experience

*Need to have some flexibility on hours within reason ie breakdowns/system failures
