BI Analyst - Marketing

We've got a world of gaming and betting data at our fingertips.

And we're using it to do some pretty cool stuff. Using in-depth BI analytics, we can help our Marketing colleagues to make good business decisions. You'll be based in London, sharing your knowledge with teams throughout William Hill.

It's about much more than number-crunching though; you'll use your communication skills to speak to people about what they need from their data, and deliver the results in a language they'll understand. You'll design and build creative and efficient reports and dashboards that use data to answer whatever question is being asked.

You've already gained some work experience in a Data / BI Analyst role, and now you're looking for a place in a company which will challenge you and help you progress. If you enjoy online gaming and are genuinely interested in what we're trying to achieve with our data, this could be the ideal next step for you.

You'll bring strong analytical skills and an eye for detail. You can manipulate large datasets and quickly determine trends. You've got experience of SQL and a wide range of analytical techniques and you're a bit of a whizz with Tableau. Ideally you will have some experience or exposure to digital/programmatic advertising, as we need the role to support the online marketing & acquisition teams with ROI reporting & DMP analysis.

You're happy to put on a detective hat too, curious and highly organised… one of life's "doers." If you can use your head for data to find solutions, you'll soon be a credible expert who your colleagues turn to for answers.
