Microsoft Dynamics CRM Support Analyst - London - 6 Month Initial Contract - £250 - £300 per day

My leading Financial client is looking for an experienced Dynamics CRM Support analyst to provide 2nd and 3rd line support on a Dynamics 2016 project. The successful candidate will be providing support and maintenance to all the systems and infrastructure for the company.

Skills/Requirements:

* Second and third Line Support experience

* Experience with MS Dynamics CRM (preferably 2016 online)

* SSRS/SSIS

* Similar experience with CRM on recent projects

* Supporting applications using Java, .NET, ASP and SilverLight

* Web services and API interaction

* Microsoft Business Intelligence Suite

* Basic technical consultancy and troubleshooting, including; data analysis, data integrity checking, and system performance analysis.

* Previous exposure to CRM systems, preferably as Helpdesk support or training experience

* Excellent interpersonal and writing skills - ability to deal with employees at all levels, in particular with the banker population, and offer friendly but firm support

* Document 1st line support issues and suggested resolution scripts in order to hand over 1st line user support to the IT Helpdesk once global CC rollout is complete

* Collaborate on the roll-out of CC, working closely with RGA CC Support to ensure on-boarded teams are given targeted support, in particular for Admin & Secretarial support

The contract is on a 6 Month initial basis with a possibility of extension thereafter. Interviews are already happening so if this interests you, you need to move fast!
