Site Manager (Residential)

Woolwich - Central London (Commutable from Bromley, Dartford, Gravesend, Romford, Stratford)

6-12 Month Contract

£20-£24 p/h (Umbrella / Ltd Co)

Monday - Friday - Days

Are you a Site Manager with Architectural Metal work experience? Are you looking for your next immediately available, long term contract working for a well-established company that has worked on prestigious construction projects countrywide? On offer is a long term contract working on a multi-million pound residential project with an immediate start.

My client is a major contractor and who specialise in architectural metalwork across a wide range of industries who work throughout the UK and they are now looking to add a highly skilled site manager to their rapidly expanding and highly skilled team for an exciting new project in the London area.

This high end residential project is in phase 8 out of 12 and needs a Site Manager ready to jump right in.

The ideal candidate will have architectural metalwork experience and come from a tools background, having any First Aid certificates and training would be advantageous. Our client is looking for someone who has progressed from fitter to Site Manager.

The Role:

*Managing 10-15 fitters

*Ensuring health and safety standards throughout the site

*Immediate start

The Candidate:

*Architectural steel experience

*Come from a hands on, tool background

*CSCS card (Black or Gold) or SMSTS card
