French Speaking Desktop Support Analyst
One of our key investment companies is looking for a Senior Desktop Support Analyst to join their IT Service Desk Team.
Role responsibility
The primary role is to help to resolve any incident likely to disrupt the quality or continuity of service. Some of the other responsibilities include providing desktop and application support, provide IP phone and videoconferencing and set up remote access. There will also be occasional ad-hoc work over in their office based in Paris with all expenses such as travel and accommodation covered by the client.
Key skills:
- French (Proficient)
- Incident Solving/Follow up
- Migration
- Financial tools (Bloomberg, Fidessa, Eikon etc.)
- Knowledge of the equity markets
-Telephony systems (Video conferencing etc.)
