Do you have dreams of getting on the property ladder but you don't know how to do it?

It's estimated that you need to be earning over £50'000 a year to secure a mortgage on a flat in Bristol for a first time buyer. With the average salaries in Bristol well below that prospects of achieving that look relatively slim.

Recruitment is a lucrative career which allows you to directly control how much you earn. Starting out as a trainee here at Rise, you will earn £30-40k including a base salary rise of at least £4k

.

In your second year as a recruitment consultant, you will be set to earn £45-50k.. By the end of your second year you should be working towards a senior recruitment consultant role or an assistant manager role.

In your fourth year, you will be on track to earn in excess of £100k+ with many consultants earning well over 6 figures in this time frame.
