Lead Interaction Designer - UX, User Experience, Interaction Design, Web Design, Front-End Design - South London / South Yorkshire
My leading client have 2 new requirements for Lead Interaction Designers due to the demand within this area. As an organisation they are one of the leading government departments responsible for various areas including immigration, crime, counter-terrorism and the police. With an a number of ambitious portfolios this team is expanding and you will be responsible for working closely with service managers, programme directors and senior stakeholders to resource teams, resolve problems and develop future projects.
You will be an expert practitioner with a background in UX/Web Design/Front-End Development/Visual Design to be able to lead a team of interaction designers working across the portfolio. You will be able to be technically hands on and ensure that services are designed to meet both user needs and business goals, along with promoting your discipline. Taking a lead in the wider department and cross government design communities.
