Role: Project Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity SurveyorLocation: BedfordshireSalary: £28,000-£65,000 + benefits, depending on the role obviously. Positions may include car or car allowance + business mileage. My client provides a yearly performance related bonus scheme and pension is included. Health care will be negotiated after circa 1 years' service.Project Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor required for a housing developer with multiple UK sites.The Project Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor role would be ideal for:-          For Project to Senior Level Quantity Surveyors-          Working on major refurb/cladding and potentially roof top development schemes-          Projects across the home counties and London-          Ideal for someone interested in or with previous residential sector experience-          Career potential with opportunities to grow within the business-          An individual who wants to quickly be given responsibility working alongside senior staffProject Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor essentials:-          Residential sectors experience including refurb/cladding preferably-          Varying levels of QS experience - minimum 5 years-          Experience of all stages of planning, designing and building is preferable-          Full UK driving license-          Good general QS skills-          A team player, but also someone who has the initiative to work as an individual-          Someone who is motivated to develop on a personal level and progress within the business-          Excellent written and verbal skills-          Ability to run projects from pre to post contractInterviews are being held from the 19^th June but they are able flexible for individuals so can conduct interviews in the week following.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an exceptional company.Apply online for immediate consideration to Jonathon Pritchard at the X4 Group.
