Technical Lead - Applications Support
An award winning, Warwickshire based business with a great reputation are searching for a Technical Lead (Applications Support) who is strong with level 3 support to join them on a permanent basis.
Essential:
* Solid level 3 support experience
* Solid IT applications skills with the likes of SQL/Oracle/other databases/Linux/Windows etc
* Excellent customer service skills
* Desire to work in a fast paced project environment
Desirable: Any experience with ITIL or in Project Management methodologies would be desired
Role:
The role of Technical Lead - Applications Support includes, but isn't limited to:
* Understanding issues, undertaking root cause analysis and delivering technical changes.
* Effective documentation
* Provide regular project updates to the relevant Technical Manager
* Assist in defining test scripts and UAT criteria
* Manage third party resources and deliverables
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Benefits
Start: ASAP
Location: Warwickshire
