A PMO Assistant is required to join a well-known, large, local bank to work alongside the Project Assistant. Your role will be to assist the Project Assistant in ensuring all changes are identified and made correctly.

Goals and objectives the contractor is expected to achieve:

* To work with the Project Assistant who will manage the Collateral Tracker; led by the Comms Manager

* Ensure we are working on the right versions

* To update the Collateral Tracker indicating the changes (i.e. page, bullet, paragraph etc.)

* To indicated if the change is simple or more complex

* Follow through in obtaining that authority and record the authority for Audit purposes

* Provide stats on progress

* Work with other projects who might be making similar changes at the same time

Typical day to day activities:

* Read a batch of collateral items - 10-20 per day (more if possible)

* Maintain the Tracker

* Update the stats and call out those items that need to be referred

* Set up calls and run the call with SMsE to get agreement to the new wording required; may require the Product Manager, Risk, Legal

* Obtain written agreement to the final wording and update the Tracker accordingly

* Update SharePoint with the evidence
