Deliver change projects for a unique police service
The Civil Nuclear Constabulary (CNC) is an armed police service that’s dedicated to the nuclear industry. Our vision is to be recognised as a provider of a world-class service for the protection of nuclear material and facilities. Given the critical nature of our work, it’s vital that we recruit skilled and committed professionals to our high-performing team. We’re currently looking for an accomplished Project Manager to deliver important change initiatives.
You will be be carrying out day-to-day management on a number of projects specific to the People Programme. Overseeing the entire lifecycle, you’ll look after the planning, budgeting, resourcing and implementation of your projects - all to the most exacting standards and within prescribed timescales. At every step of the way, you’ll ensure relevant documentation is disseminated so that all stakeholders are fully up-to-speed.
We need someone who knows how to deliver as planned: project manager with accreditation (e.g. PRINCE 2 Practitioner). Managing risk and change will be second nature to you as is running multiple, projects in an unflappable manner. You will process knowledge of appropriate project management methods, tools and, ideally, project software such as Microsoft Project. Add to this your exceptional communications skills, a great team ethos and the ability to analyse data to identify issues and solutions.
