Due to continued expansion of their Agile R&D team, a Junior/Graduate Embedded Software Engineer is required to develop (in embedded C) on the microcontrollers of an innovative low power communications product.The basic requirement for this Junior/Graduate Embedded Software Engineer role is that your degree (or industry/spare time projects) included a clear focus on embedded development using C and/or C++. Candidates who have not yet entered the workplace should also be able to show evidence of hobbyist projects which demonstrate your passion for programming (ideally in C). For candidates already in the workplace all development experience is a bonus but having worked with Microcontrollers would be a bonus. Our client does not believe in restricting developers to narrow niches and actively encourages the team to extend their skills through training and support from in-house experts.
The company follow agile processes with a typical 2 week sprint. There are multiple avenues for career progression including Senior Developer roles, management of a team or Scrum Master.

The successful Junior/Graduate Embedded Software Engineer will join a small team of 5/6 (part of a larger R&D group of 26) responsible for developing software across Embedded platforms.
