What responsibilities will you have?

· Day-to-day accountability for the successful delivery of SI programmes between £10m - £50m

· Bring deep specialist skills of programme delivery methods, including RAID reporting, governance structures, programme planning, budget management

· Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end large scale project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment

· Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables

· Engage with senior stakeholders and establish yourself as a trusted advisor

· People Management and Development, including mentoring and providing guidance to project resources and proactively assigning work and providing instructions, advice and technical/business leadership and guidance to project staff, reviewing work in progress in a timely manner and assessing completed work for accuracy, required results and quality

Qualifications

What skills & experience are we looking for?

· The ability to lead complex programmes creating or involving new services and applications

· Managing or supporting a deal, programmes or opportunity sizes of $10-50M

· Managing a project of over 20000 man days in scale; or managing at least 100 FTEs in a distributed onshore/offshore environment

· The ideal candidate will have experience within Application Services and would have led complex delivery programmes and projects in the Financial Services industry (Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance)
