We employ a great deal of business analysts within Lloyds Banking Group - working in fascinating areas and usually on large-scale change projects.

One such opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst with a rounded analytical toolset to join a Design Team operating within the Retail Change team.

This high-profile, strategic, multi-channel programme team has just rolled out our branch "Galaxy" online system to our telephony and call centre channels and there's a great deal of onward development in the form of 16 workstreams of varying level of complexity to potentially work on.

The role will involve working with a design team as an Analyst through the initiation, requirements gathering and functional design aspects of the project lifecycle whilst also undertaking specific areas of analysis as required.

You'll need to possess a strong toolkit of analytical techniques that have been practically applied and will be able to exhibit your experience at understanding and re-engineering complex processes - primarily via the development of IT systems.

Ideally you will have or be working towards the ISEB qualification and have practical experience of business process modelling techniques - we'll also need you to have strong people/stakeholder management skills.
