Application Software Developer

We're hiring for an Application Software Developer to join our client, a company at the forefront of wireless communication technology. Their product is used globally, even by one of the world’s leading mobile operators.

This Application Software Developer role is based in Cambridge (hybrid), paying up to £70,000 plus other benefits (bonus, life insurance, 30 days annual leave and more).

As an Application Software Developer, you'll play a crucial role in developing a cutting-edge web-based application. You'll be involved in every stage of the software lifecycle, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of the product. This position offers exposure to cutting edge technologies like machine learning, giving you the opportunity to contribute to the growth and innovation of the product.

Requirements:

• Skilled in Python (similar languages will be considered)
• Experience with frontend development (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
• Experience in backend development (Django, Spring Boot, Laravel, or similar)
• Understanding of databases (MySQL, SQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
• Familiarity of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related field.
