Job title: Senior Engineer - Training Analyst

Location: Broad Oak, Frimley or Weymouth

Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience

What you'll be doing:

  • Your role as a Senior Engineer - Training Analyst will include:
  • Manage and deliver Training Needs Analysis (TNA) projects aligned to the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT)
  • Undertake evaluation activities to support all TNA Outputs
  • Provide specialist input on training analysis methodologies and approaches that recommend the most cost-effective training solution
  • Author high quality reports which comply with Defence industry standards
  • Provide TNA SME guidance to the customer, and colleagues, regarding the conduct of the TNA
  • Attend TNA Project related meetings

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • High degree of competency in the application of the Systems Approach to Training (SAT)
  • Experience in training analysis
  • Experience in the Maritime Defence Industry
  • Strong Information Technology Skills

Desirable:

  • High degree of competency in the application of the Systems Approach to Training (SAT)

The Training Analyst team:

As a Training Analyst, you will have a role that is out of the ordinary. Utilising a systems approach to training to develop and deliver a range of TNA related outputs required for RN Submarine programmes.

This role will provide you with the unique opportunity to influence the development of an expanding area of the business, leading to exciting progression opportunities as the team grows.
