Senior IC Test Engineer

Our client is a leading global company in the development of ASIC chips for the residential communication/4G domain.

The IC design group is at the forefront of innovation, responsible for the development and production of LTE chipsets.

Responsibilities for the Senior IC Test Engineer:

• Develop the Production Test Plan for RF and BBIC chips.
• Lead Production Test Development for RF and digital ICs.
• Integrate Production test plan, software, and hardware into high volume manufacturing facility in the Far East.
• Conduct lab work to correlate production test and evaluation board’s performance.
• Evaluate system performance and ensure compliance with specifications and customer requirements.
• Test and evaluate chips returned from customers, driving productivity improvements in yield and cost.

• Experience in relevant IC Manufacturing Test development.
• Fluent English speaker.
• Experience in Production Tester HW and Software development (e.g., Teradyne UltraFlex, Verigy, LTX).
• Recent successful RF and digital factory introductions of complex RF transceivers and/or digital baseband chips.
• Statistical analysis capabilities and manipulation of STDF files.
• Knowledge of Design for Manufacture considerations on cutting-edge processes.
• Full appreciation of RF and baseband production test techniques.
