Senior MMIC Engineer

Our client, a leading engineering solutions provider committed to technological innovation based in Santiago de Compostela, Spain, is seeking a Senior MMIC Engineer to join their expanding design team.

We are actively looking for individuals who can contribute to the following key responsibilities:

• Design and development of RF and Microwave circuits and modules.
• Design and development of MMICs in GaAs and GaN.
• Characterisation and experimental validation in the laboratory.
• Development and presentation of commercial offers.
• Preparation of technical documentation.
• Customer technical support.

• Degree and/or Technical/Higher Telecommunications Engineering, preferably specialising in telecommunications systems.
• Experience in designing radio frequency and microwave circuits, both active and passive.
• Experience in designing MMICs in GaAs and GaN.
• Proficiency in electronic circuit simulation tools such as ADS, AWR, CST, etc.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment, including network analysers, spectrum analysers, etc.
• Experience as a Senior MMIC Engineer.
