Company client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a leading UK construction and regeneration group, with your primary base in Manchester but onsite in County Durham (3-4 days per week hybrid working).
As a Procurement & Contract Manager, youll oversee procurement strategy, contract administration, and supply chain development for a key client project. Your role includes managing tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and contract reviews, with a focus on regulated process sectors.
Key objectives involve administering procurement processes, advising on contract administration, and providing cost and commercial reporting. NEC4 contracts experience is essential, along with extensive procurement/contracts management experience in construction or related industries.
Qualifications:
Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors with relevant procurement experience
(preferable)
Relevant degree
Essential Requirements:
* Proficiency in NEC4 contracts
* Demonstrated diligence, commitment, and ability to work independently without supervision
* Highly preferable: Experience in EPCM (candidates with this background will be prioritised)
