HR Advisor £28,000 - £30,000 + Monday to Friday + Early Friday Finish + Company Benefits Wednesbury, West Midlands (Commutable from: Wolverhampton, Walsall, Dudley, West Bromwich, and Birmingham) Immediate Start Are you an HR Coordinator / Advisor, looking to join a well-established and growing business with a great work-life balance? On offer is a highly varied role within a small and close-knit team, with the opportunity to continue developing your skills. This long-standing business operate within the engineering industry, and are going through a period of growth due to their continued success. They are looking for a new HR Advisor to support the ongoing development of the business. You will play a key part in supporting the HR business functions, involved with recruitment, disciplinaries, payroll, time and attendance and other HR matters. This role will suit someone with previous HR experience, ideally within an Engineering / Technical field, looking to join a stable and growing business. The Role:

• HR Advisor
• Providing administrative support, guidance and advice to the HR department
• Coordination and administration of time and attendance system, monthly payroll, and other general HR matters
• Supporting with recruitment
• Monday to Friday (37 hours) with an early finish on a Friday

The Person:

• Previous HR experience
• Experience with payroll, time and attendance, and disciplinary meetings
• Any experience within a Technical / Engineering environment would be advantageous (not essential)
• Good level of computer skills: Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• CIPD Level 3
