Stress Engineers, do you want to join a Global Technological leader, who has been an established Go to Engineering service provider, for over 60 years?
We are seeking Stress Engineers with experience of structures or systems installations, with experience of Fatigue and Damage Tolerance (F&DT) experience, candidates with Aircraft experience will have a distinct advantage but Stress engineers with structural experience in similar industries will be considered.
You will need to have:
A good understanding of production methods and processes
Effective communication skills and a pro-active approach to problem solving.
Experience of PC and mainframe computer systems.
Company client is an approachable and experienced team of design, static and fatigue engineers, the successful applicants will thrive on the responsibility of working in an Engineering team who consistently strive to provide the best solutions.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
* MEng / BEng Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering Degree (or equivalent) preferred although any candidates with the right experience will be considered.
* Proven experience of F&DT analysis
* A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.
* A good command of technical English, both written and verbal, is essential.
* We are looking for sharp minded individual, a solid understanding of lightweight structures together with structural design experience is essential.
* Must have Excellent PC skills, including high level proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets.
Applicants must have the Current Right to Work in the UK (not seeking Sponsorship) and a background that will allow UK Security clearance to be obtained.
The Airframe Team are based in Filton, Bristol, UK but Hybrid and Remote working is possible.
