Training and Development Advisor Redditch £45,000 + Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 5pm, Friday 7:30am - 12:30pm + Company Vehicle + Fuel Card + Private Medical Insurance This is a great opportunity for a qualified multi-skilled engineer looking to assist and make an impact upon the careers of future engineers. The company offers apprentice training through education, mentoring and assessing. In this varied role, you will be liaising with key stakeholders, whilst coaching, supporting and assessing apprentices through their apprenticeships. You will be actively supported to get you up to speed in the role and will be provided various training. Therefore, this is an excellent opportunity to progress your career and take on a more supervisorial role which will develop your skillset. The day to day responsibilities will include providing technical support, training solutions and creating bespoke training packages. You will evaluate the effectiveness of training programme's through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make the necessary adjustments to enhance outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience in a field support role, knowledge of training methodologies, ability to develop and assess impacting training programmes, have strong organisational skills and be a highly effective communicator. Previous training and assessment experience would be advantageous. You will also need to be comfortable and flexible with travelling to different customer sites.
