£36,000 - £38,000 + Full Technical Training + Clear Scope Of Progression + No Weekend Work + No Call Outs

Office Based Role - Commutable From Honiton, Exeter, Dorchester And Taunton

Are you a Product Development Engineer, Quality Engineer, Project Manager or similar from the HVAC, Plumbing and Heating, Renewables, Household Floor or similar industries, that is looking to step into a highly autonomous role working on bespoke projects, cradle to grave, on top of having industry leading training with the scope of you to become a go-to technical expert in your field?

On offer is a days based, varied role, where you will have a clear scope of progression to senior level roles and management positions through a training and development programme, as well as having no weekend work and working 8:30 - 4:30 Monday - Friday to ensure you can maintain a great work-life balance.

This company are an industry leading expert in underfloor heating and renewables and have been trading for over 30 years. They are part of a group of businesses that make up a total staff count of over 3,000 people and are going through a period of exponential growth so are looking to expand their work-force. They have a fantastic reputation for the work they complete and how they treat their staff.

On offer is a role working on bespoke products where you will be exposed to industry leading equipment with the scope of you to become an all-rounded go-to technical expert in your field.

This role would suit a a Product Development Engineer, Quality Engineer, Project Manager or similar from the HVAC, Plumbing and Heating, Renewables, Household Floor or similar industries, that is looking to step into a varied, days based role where you will receive full technical training into the positions, on top of being able to maintain a great work-life balance due to the hours of the role.

The Role:

*Developing, Checking Quality and Project Management of Underfloor Heating Systems and Heat Pumps

*Office based role with option to work from home on occasions

*Monday - Friday 8:30 - 4:30

The Candidate:

* Product Development Engineer, Quality Engineer, Project Manager or similar from the HVAC, Plumbing and Heating, Renewables, Household Floor or similar industries

*Based near Honiton

*Happy being in a customer facing role
