This is a new role and opportunity for an ASIC Design Engineer to join an established company who have successfully launched many new and innovative ultra-high-speed imaging systems. The company is at the forefront of world-wide innovation in the high-speed imaging field and have established a reputation as an exciting and creative player in the high-speed camera market. You will join as an ASIC Design Engineer and will work for a small team in a growing, privately owned company on custom image sensor designs and FPGA camera systems. The work will include the RTL design, ASIC implantation and simulation/verification of digital blocks in complex mixed-signal image sensor designs, as well as IP evaluation and system testing on FPGA systems. Blocks will include serializers, image data pipelines, sequencers and configuration blocks. Required skills:Degree in Electronics / Physics or similar fieldAt least 10 years profession experienceExperience of ASIC implementation including design synthesis, static timing analysis, placement, routing of digital blocksExperience of FPGA development, ideally XilinxAble to undertake all aspects of digital design.Mentor and supervise junior engineers.Relevant skills:
