- £36,000 per annum
- Based at our Southern Distribution Centre in Amesbury, Wiltshire.

We're looking for a dedicated individual to join our team and provide timely solutions to a variety of IT issues and requests across our Amesbury distribution centre. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem-solving, we want to hear from you!
Job Overview
- You will log and triage all IT service issues and requests.
- You will resolve IT problems and hardware issues in accordance with our IT service levels.
- You will manage IT issues and requests specific to IT specialists and 3rd parties.
- You will develop & maintain processes and procedures to assist in resolving IT issues.
- You support and assist colleagues on IT project implementations e.g. upgrades, new equipment roll-out.
- You will do daily system checks to review system performance, security and availability of our infrastructure & key ERP (AS400) automated business processes.
Minimum Criteria To Apply
- Experience and knowledge of network security & infrastructure, ERP (preferred AS400), desktop systems and applications, mobile device management
- Experience of dealing with technical teams.
- Experience of dealing and communicating with 3rd party IT service providers.
- Experience of implementing business improvement initiatives.
