Job title: Risk & Opportunity Manager

Salary: £66,678 plus dependent on skills and experience with an added executive car allowance on top

What you'll be doing:

  • As a Risk & Opportunity Manager, you will manage a small team of project control specialists responsible for the generation of a consolidated view of risks and opportunities for the programme
  • You'll facilitate the maintenance of the coherent set of Strategic risks, programme risks, opportunity and assumptions whilst enabling them to be assessed and prosecuted. This will also rely on the IP's utilising their own established process and governance to allow the joint PMO to utilise accurate information
  • You'll be working in an integrated environment with a great opportunity to build and maintain effective relationships with project control teams across all Industry Partners to maintain the risk and opportunity baseline artefacts
  • You'd be required to support the risk analysis assessments - for example: schedule risk analysis and cost risk analysis
  • Provide risk and opportunity support to the programme integration director and Programme leadership team

Your skills and experiences:

  • It'll be key that you have gained Major Programme Management experience within a Project Controls capacity
  • You'll need to have significant experience of working across different functions, grades and businesses
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are needed
  • You'll need to have strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Having experience of improving Risk & Opportunity management capability within a complex programme are needed
