We're seeking an IT Manager to spearhead the operational performance of our Axis warehouse IT systems and processes, ensuring seamless service levels for the stores we serve. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about optimizing IT operations, we want to hear from you!

Job Overview

  • As our IT Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving IT performance and KPIs for our 24/7 warehouse operation.
  • You will be responsible for managing IT capacity, diagnosing and resolving onsite IT issues, implementing process improvements, and providing regular performance reporting to stakeholders.
  • You'll lead a team, set objectives, manage their performance and development, and ensure adherence to security protocols.
  • Additionally, you'll collaborate with logistics stakeholders to minimize operational impact and continually improve IT service and performance.

Minimum Criteria To Apply

  • Degree level qualification in computer science or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Advanced experience and knowledge of network security & infrastructure, ERP (AS400), desktop systems and applications, mobile device management.
  • Experience leading technical teams.
  • Experience managing 3rd party IT service providers.
  • Experience managing business improvement initiatives.
