Test and Development Engineer (Aerospace) £70,000 - £80,000 + Career Progression + Private Healthcare + Life Assurance + Private Pension + Hybrid Work + Discretionary Bonus Scheme Hybrid - Commuteable form Bristol, Cardiff, Bath Are you from a Research and Development or Test and Development background from an Aerospace environment looking to join a rapidly expanding manufacturer where you will play a pivotal part in the growth of a UK based team, where you will be given full autonomy to lead a small team of experts, alongside the scope for further career progression and technical development while working in a highly specialist and challenging environment? In this role you will take on a highly autonomous leadership position within a global company who are dedicated to developing their UK division. Looking after a close knit team of experts and working alongside well-known aerospace giants, you will have a focus on the research and development on Electrical Wiring systems for sustainable aircraft design. You will be working with managers around the world, ensuring work continues to be completed to an excellent standard. As the company continues to expand, you will be presented with fantastic routes to climb the ladder and advance your career, playing an integral role within the group. The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in R&D or Test and Development as well as a strong understanding of Electrical Wiring Installation Systems, preferably from the Aerospace or Defence sectors.
